Burley's adapter for bikes with a 12mm thru axle. Stock thru axles are not able to accommodate any sort of axle mounted hitch system. These thru axles have an external male threading on the end to accommodate the installation of Burley's axle mounted hitch system.

This adapter spaces out the Steel Hitch allowing bike frames with hooded/tight rear dropouts to have hitch clearance. This adapter is also used in breezer style dropout applications for proper hitch installation.

Burley's Travoy Tie Down Straps help you secure your cargo to your Burley Travoy trailer (sold separately). These straps, sold in pairs, can replace the straps that come standard with the Travoy trailer or they can be used for added stability.

The Burley Ballz Nutted Axle Adapter includes a set of threaded Ballz that replace the nuts on your current nutted axle, enabling compatibility with the Coho XC cargo trailer. This part connects the trailer with a square tow bar to the hitch. It attaches inside the tow bar and locks in place inside the hitch using a retaining pin (Standard Forged Hitch & Steel Hitch) or bolt and nut (Classic Hitch). This flexible connector can stretch easily to allow the rider to lay down the bike. Includes safety strap with retaining pin for use with the Standard Forged Hitch or Steel Hitch. If being used with the Classic Hitch the Classic Hitch Safety Strap (part 950067) will also need to be purchased.
